Amazon got you down? Unlike FBA, we are shipping orders on time everyday and still have speedy 2 day delivery through FedEx on many items!

As we face the global challenge of COVID-19, we know that businesses and individuals are still seeking quality video production equipment more than ever to serve their audiences digitally. Please know that EVO Gimbals will continue to be your partner by providing the tools and knowledge you need to succeed - we're shipping orders, answering your questions, and providing support so you can focus on making videos for your audience in these unprecedented times.

Here's what you should know: 

  • We have virtualized our operations, but you can still reach us by emailing support@evogimbals.com or calling +1 866 977 6688 (please leave a msg if we don't answer - we WILL call you back)
  • We are temporarily halting all in-store pickup orders, walk-ins and studio tours until further notice.
  • We will continue to ship orders in a timely manner and our warehouse teams are taking maximum safety precautions. Shipping lead times are currently impacted for some items specifically on our Amazon store. However orders placed through our website are still getting shipped out in a timely manner. The same day shipping cut off is still 2:00PM PST.
  • We are working hard to ensure as much continuity of supply as possible for the products we sell however we are finding that import shipping costs and low stock of certain items is impacting the availability of some products.
