This refurbished GP-PRO has been great so far. Seriously no complaints. The box looks like it was used before but other than that there was really no way to discern this gimbal isn’t a “brand new” one. I was more than happy to save a few bux and go with the refurbished product vs new. Also, I want to say that the people at EVO Gimbals have been so great after the sale. I’ve had some questions and they’re always very responsive and friendly. The gimbal more than delivered on my expectations. It’s true what all the reviews say about this product.... It’s smoooth! The GoPro was super easy to mount and the charging cord works perfectly. Very simple product to use and learn. It really makes a huge difference in my videos. The camera glides very nicely. Don’t hesitate to buy from EVO Gimbals!
