Please review our return policy below:


EVO Gimbals reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines.


If you wish to return an item to us simply let us know and we will do everything we can to help make the process fast and easy. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Note: We are human! In the event that EVO Gimbals ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.


New gimbals, cameras and other accessories purchased from that were found defective when they arrived (DOA) or arrived in damaged condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items eligable for the maximum refund must be unworn, in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags, labels, user manuals and item accessories that were originally included.

Returns of items that received Free Shipping (orders over $49 shipped to the continental United States) are subject to a $12 restocking fee.

Additional restocking fees may apply under certain circumstances:

* EVO Gimbals will test cameras and gimbals that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price (or greater due to damage, scratches clear signs of use) if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

* Any returned cameras, gimbals or accessories that are damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product & packaging.

* New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Note: Before returning items on which you've saved personal information such as cameras, memory cards or other electronic devices, erase this information completely.


Most items are protected by a 1 Year Parts & Labor Warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.

If you have a defective item or warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly help you with the warranty claim process.


Product protection insurance through Clyde is available for purchases made through and can be made during checkout or up to 30 days after purchase.


Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.


If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service.

BEFORE PACKING YOUR RETURN -- Please include the Packing Slip, Order Number, and Purchaser Name along with a brief reason for return in the box. DO NOT SIMPLY SHIP RETURNS BACK TO SENDER AS YOUR ORDER MAY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED FROM A PARTNER WAREHOUSE.
