WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
ANONYMOUS INFORMATION
Cookies. A cookie is a string of information that is sent by a web site and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your computerís memory. We may employ cookie technology to help you move faster through our site. We may employ cookie technology to estimate our total audience size and traffic and to help us improve our siteís experience by measuring which site areas are of greatest interest to users. You can turn off the ability to receive any of these cookies by adjusting the browser in your computer, but you should note that if you do so, this may materially affect the functionality of the site and the information you can access through it.
We collect anonymous data when you visit most pages on the site. Your visit may automatically provide us with data that is not linked to your personal information, such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times, and referring web site addresses. Some parts of the site use embedded pixel or Javascript technologies to facilitate your use of the Web site and to track general traffic. We use your anonymous data to obtain general statistics regarding the use of the site and its specific web pages and to evaluate how our visitors use and navigate our site on an aggregate basis. We do not link your anonymous data with personal data.
We use Google Analytics, Google AdWords Conversion tracker, and other Google services that place cookies on a browser across the website. We use AdWords remarketing to market our sites across the web. We place a cookie on a browser, and then a 3rd party (Google) reads these cookies and may serve an ad on a 3rd party site. DO WE USE COOKIES?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their account and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.
CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

EVO Gimbals APP AND EVO Gimbals Products
EVO Gimbals (“EVO Gimbals”) respects the privacy of its customers. This Policy describes our data practices which are specific to any EVO Gimbals APP enabled gimbal (a “EVO Gimbals stabilizer ”) as well as the EVO Gimbals Remote App (the “App” and, together with EVO Gimbals stabilizers, the “EVO Gimbals Products”). This Policy does not apply to our website generally or to any EVO Gimbals product or software application other than the EVO Gimbals Products.
EVO Gimbals Products offer additional performance capabilities which include allowing you to control many features on your EVO Gimbals stabilizer from a single mobile phone or other supported device paired to your stabilizer. This Policy explains the circumstances under which EVO Gimbals collects, uses and discloses information through your use of the EVO Gimbals Products. By using EVO Gimbals Products you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.
You can use a EVO Gimbals stabilizer without connecting it to the Internet. In that case, a EVO Gimbals stabilizer does not send any information to EVO Gimbals or its service providers, though we may obtain information directly from your EVO Gimbals stabilizer if you return it to us or our dealers, including to provide warranty and other services. However, if you choose to connect your EVO Gimbals stabilizer to the App or to the Internet then EVO Gimbals and its service providers will have access to information collected by your EVO Gimbals stabilizer, and that information may be linked to information collected through the App and to information that we and our service providers and third parties collect about you from other sources, including through our other products or apps or our website.
Any collected information is controlled by EVO Gimbals, LLC, which is headquartered in the United States. Our principal office is located at 20810 Sockeye Pl, Suite 200, Bend, Oregon USA 97701.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT
EVO Gimbals collects both “Personal Information” and “Other Information” about its customers. EVO Gimbals defines “Personal Information” as information that it can directly associate with a specific person without additional information. Examples of Personal Information include a name or an email address. EVO Gimbals defines “Other Information” as information that it cannot directly associate with a specific person without the aid of additional information.
We may combine Other Information and Personal Information and when we do we treat all of the combined information as Personal Information. We combine the Personal Information and the Other Information that we collect through EVO Gimbals Products with information received from other sources, both online and offline. For example, we may combine information collected from the EVO Gimbals Products with information we collect through your use of our website and other apps, in connection with EVO Gimbals sponsored events, or from your phone or email communications with us.
TECHNICAL AND USAGE DATA
We may collect a range of technical, usage and diagnostic information from your use of the EVO Gimbals stabilizer. For example, we track how you use and control your EVO Gimbals stabilizer during each session and over time (such as model, stabilization modes, use of advance APP features) and also collect and analyze technical and diagnostic metrics related to the stabilizer use.
If you use your EVO Gimbals stabilizer without the App and without connecting it to the Internet, the gimbal will not send any information to EVO Gimbals or its service providers. However, if you return your EVO Gimbals stabilizer to EVO Gimbals or a dealer, we may collect the information stored on it, including for analytics purposes, to evaluate and better understand your warranty claim and to improve our products, and that information may be linked to other information about you, including Personal Information. If you use your EVO Gimbals stabilizer with the App or connect your EVO Gimbals stabilizer to the Internet, EVO Gimbals and its service providers will have access to technical and usage information that is collected by the EVO Gimbals stabilizer, and that information may be linked to additional information, including Personal Information, collected through the App and other sources.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Although it is not required in order to use the App, you must set up a user account in order to use the EVO Gimbals stabilizer control features of the App. As part of that process, you will be asked to provide certain Personal Information, including your name and your email address. This information may be linked to technical and usage data described above and the other information discussed below, including location data.
LOCATION DATA
The EVO Gimbals Products also may use your IP address to approximate your general geographic location. We use this information for a variety of purposes, including for marketing, analytics and to improve our products. We also may use your location to target you for special events or promotional offers, including events sponsored by EVO Gimbals.
LOG DATA
When you use the App, we or our service providers may automatically receive and record certain information from your mobile phone, tablet or other device. This may include data such as the features you use on the App; software and hardware attributes (including device identifiers); IP address; date and time of use; and certain other tracking information. To do this, we may use web logs or applications that recognize your device and gather information about its online activity.
COOKIES, SDKS, AND OTHER ONLINE TRACKING MECHANISMS
We use mechanisms to track and analyze how you use the App. We also may engage third parties who will do so on our behalf (see below in the section entitled “How We Share Information With Third Parties”). These mechanisms can be used, for example, to collect information about your use of the App during a current session and over time; your device’s operating system and software attributes; your Internet service provider; and your IP address. Such mechanisms may include cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, scripts or other tracking mechanisms. Some of these mechanisms, such as cookies, involve storing small files on your computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device. Other mechanisms may involve transmission of information to a third-party server through other means. For example, we may allow third parties to use an application software development kit (SDK) or server-to-server connection to collect this type of information. An SDK is a piece of software code that we embed in our App to allow third parties to collect information about how users interact with the App, and a server-to-server connection enables us to exchange data with third parties when an SDK integration is not feasible or practical.
The App currently does not have a “do not track” feature.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
EVO Gimbals uses the information that we collect for a variety of purposes. For example, we may use your information, including Personal Information, in the following ways:
- To monitor the performance and stability of our products;
- To enhance warranty and other services provided by us, including by contacting you regarding possible issues with your EVO Gimbals products;
- To fulfill orders you place for products sold by us;
- To provide updates and services to the EVO Gimbals products (including updates and upgrades to software);
- To send you related information about EVO Gimbals Products and other topics that we believe may be of interest to you;
- To create and derive insights from your use of our products and other party’s products;
- To improve our existing products and to develop new products;
- To comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements; and
- To respond to questions or requests.
We use the Other Information that we collect for such purposes as: counting and recognizing users of the App; analyzing how customers use the EVO Gimbals stabilizer and the App; improving our existing products and developing new products; enabling additional analytics and research concerning our products; and managing our business.
ANALYTICS PROVIDERS
We may work with certain third parties to collect Personal Information and/or Other Information and to engage in analysis, auditing, research and reporting of such information. These third parties may use web logs, pixels, tags, SDKs, or other tracking mechanisms or set and access cookies on your computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device to collect information from the App and the EVO Gimbals stabilizer, as well as the devices on which you run the App and the device through which your EVO Gimbals stabilizer is connected to the Internet. We may also use service providers that enable us to better collect and control data from the App and your EVO Gimbals stabilizer and direct it to third-party analytics providers. The use of online tracking mechanisms by these third parties is subject to those third parties’ own privacy policies, and not this Policy.
SHARING FOR LEGAL AND OTHER PURPOSES
EVO Gimbals also may use or share your information with third parties:
- To respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
- When we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to our property or the physical safety of any person, or violations of our recommended usage instructions and applicable terms and conditions;
- To facilitate the financing or insuring of our business or a disposition of all or part of our business or assets; or
- As otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
AGGREGATED INFORMATION
From time to time, EVO Gimbals may also create and then share anonymized and aggregated information about EVO Gimbals stabilizer users, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of EVO Gimbals stabilizer or the App.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
EVO Gimbals Products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and EVO Gimbals does not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13. We recommend that persons over 13 but under 18 years of age ask their parents for permission before using the EVO Gimbals stabilizer (or any other gimbal) or the App or sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
SECURITY
EVO Gimbals takes steps believed by it to be commercially reasonable to protect user personal data against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion. However, no security program is foolproof, and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information or your Other Information.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR USERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
The information that EVO Gimbals and third parties collect from the EVO Gimbals Products is transferred to and processed in the United States for the purposes described in this Policy. EVO Gimbals also may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, affiliates or third parties in the United States or countries other than your country of residence. The data-protection laws in these countries may be different from, and less stringent than, those in your country of residence. By using the EVO Gimbals Products, you expressly consent to such transfer and processing.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Depending on where you live, you have the right to know what information we collect and store about you. You also have to right to request us to remove your data if it's no longer needed or used by us.
