Featuring a full CNC Aluminum build, the Ulanzi G8-5 has quickly become our favorite VLOG housing for the GoPro HERO8 camera. With Dual cold-shoe mounts you can run both a vlogging mic and vlog light simultaneously.

Smart Design: The CNC battery door is specially designed with an open port for easy access to the USB-C on your Hero8. This door fully replaces the original door and allows you to swap batteries quickly plus connect an external power source OR the infamous go pro microphone adapter for connecting external microphones.

52mm Filter Compatibility: The integrated 52mm filter ring on the housing allows you to screw on almost any ND or CPL 52mm size filter over your Hero8 camera lens.

This housing also features a secure mount for the original audio mic adapter from Go Pro allowing you to connect any external microphone to your camera as well as a thru-put power source. Integrated Standard 1/4-20 Thread connections on bottom.
