For Canon model cameras the RAGE3 features enhanced CCI capabilities allowing users to quickly adjust manual settings of their camera right through the controls on the handle. Quickly dial in aperture, ISO, exposure and shutter speed on the fly with the quick dial knob.

EVO Pro-Focus Remote⁷

Keep it smooth by wirelessly controlling all of the RAGE3’s features with the optional Pro-Focus Remote. The new G-Mode is like a magician’s wand allowing you to mimic your hand movement with the RAGE3 while holding the G-Mode button.  

New Standard Manfrotto Mount

Setups & gear swaps just got way easier. With the new integrated Manfrotto mount you can now swap your camera from gimbal to tripod or connect to any other industry standard rig you may have in your arsenal. Quickly and easily make balance adjustments on the fly with the spring loaded clocked indexed knobs. No tools, no hassles. Most camera setups and lens swaps can be quickly balanced and ready to shoot in just a few minutes.

Advance Stabilization Modes

Featuring 4 easy to use stabilization modes, the Rage allows you to replicate the same dolly moves and jib-arm crane shots seen in multi-million dollar productions.

• New POV Mode: Pan, Tilt & Roll axis smoothly follow handle. 

• Pan Follow Mode: Tilt & Roll axis are locked. Pan axis rotates smoothly with turn of wrist. Use joystick up & down to control tilt angle of camera.

• Lock Mode: Tilt, Roll and Pan axis are locked. Use joystick to manually control pan & tilt. 

• Full Follow Mode: Roll axis is locked. Pan and Tilt axis smoothly follow handle. Use joystick left and right to adjust the horizon angle (dutch).

Unlock Advanced Remote Features With Your Smartphone

Compatible with Android and iOS devices, the EVO Remote APP allows you to access advanced features such as Motion Time-lapse, Object Tracking⁴ with Hyper lapse⁴ assistance and Remote operation.

¹ Payload capacity formula: Payload = camera body weight + lens weight. Zoom lenses (variable aperture) will affect payload center of gravity. Please see camera + lens compatibility chart for more information.

² Run-times vary based on configuration and usage. Heavier payloads will decrease overall runtimes.

³ Focus, Shutter, Record & Zoom functions require CCI cable connection from gimbal to camera. Electronic focus support only for Canon model cameras. Mechanical follow focus drive sold separately. Zoom control for Sony cameras requires variable zoom lens with electric servo. CCI cables are only compatible with Canon, Sony or Panasonic brand cameras.

⁴ Requires EVO Remote APP with smartphone mounted to hot shoe of camera (mounts sold separetly). Smart-Track feature requires good lighting and contrast on your subject for effective pixel recognition. Multiple subjects in the frame may effect tracking performance.
